1.1 Title I am not sure the title is too good. It claims that Pac-Man can be used for understanding the politics of TQM, but any model can be used for understanding the politics of TQM, like “lawn mowing as a model for understanding...”, “table tennis as a model for understanding...” or “procrastination as a model for understanding...”. The title should suggest the research question and hypothesis. The title should include independent variable, dependent variable and moderator variable. It should be written in a way that implies a cause-effect structure, typically “the effect of X on Y among Z”.
